Rose is an adviser and board member for education start-ups and involved in a number of cross-sector R&D initiatives. She chairs the Industry Council for Jefferson Education Exchange and is a Mentor for EF+Math. Most recently Rose was Chief Learning Officer and General Manager for Professional Services overseeing learning science, research, and platforms at HMH. Previously, she served as Executive Vice-President Global Product Development at Scholastic, responsible for the company's Ed Tech product strategy and delivery, including category-creating products such as READ 180, MATH 180, System 44, and iRead as well as incubating the professional learning business which is now the largest across K-12. Rose teaches a course on Innovation & Design in Education at Harvard University.
