In its inaugural year, the GSV Cup Competition is a call for early stage education and talent tech companies to apply to be one of the “Elite 200” presenters at the 2020 ASU GSV Summit from March 30th to April 1st in San Diego. Those companies selected to be among the “Elite 200” will then compete to win the GSV Cup. The top three companies will compete on StageX at ASU GSV XI on Wednesday night, April 1st and take home prize money totaling $250,000.
Technology companies in the education and workforce sector (edtech and hr tech) that are seed or pre-seed stage capital.
The top 200 pre-seed and seed education and talent companies chosen out of the pool of GSV Cup applicants. All companies in the “Elite 200” will receive a comped ticket to the ASU GSV Summit for the CEO/founder from the company, as well as a special entrepreneur rate for the presenting company team.
The application is due December 1st.
Leading Global Venture Capital firms and strategic partners in the education and talent space will be judging.

Once selected as an “Elite 200”, we may be contacting you to obtain additional information to evaluate GSV Cup Finalists.
We will determine finalists by February 1st. Three finalists will compete for the GSV Cup on Stage X on Wednesday, April 1st for $250,000 in prize money.
Judges will focus on the “5 P’s”: People, Product, Potential, Predictability (Milestones/roadmap), and Purpose (what is the corporate mission).
