Michelle R. Weise, PhD, leads both workforce strategies at Strada Education Network and the research team at Strada Institute for the Future of Work. She is dedicated to advancing our understanding of the future of learning and work, so that we may begin to build the learning ecosystem of the future. Before joining Strada, she designed and led the Sandbox ColLABorative, the innovation lab of Southern New Hampshire University. She has also served as Senior Research Fellow in higher education at the Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation. There, she co-authored a book with Christensen titled, Hire Education: Mastery, Modularization, and the Workforce Revolution. Michelle is also a senior advisor to Entangled Solutions and sits on the advisory board for Village Capital, WGU Teachers College, and SEI HIRE.
