As the Director of Early Learning Programs for DCYF, Kelli's responsibilities include providing visionary leadership to the state's Pre-K program, the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), the Head Start Collaboration Office, and the Preschool Development Grant Birth through Five (PDG). Kelli earned a bachelor's degree in health education from Oklahoma State University and a master's in education administration from Central Washington University. Kelli has also served as Adjunct Faculty for the University of Washington's College of Education, Department of Early Childhood and Family Studies. In her spare time, Kelli enjoys numerous outdoor and sports adventures with family and friends.
