Jennifer Newbill is currently the Director of University Recruitment for Dell Technologies. She and her team are responsible for attracting students from universities across North America to the company for internships, undergraduate and graduate opportunities within multiple functions and business units. Establishing positive relationships with both universities and diversity organizations as well with the various hiring teams within Dell is critical to the success of Jennifer's team. She has been in a variety of roles since joining Dell in 2003 including Employment Branding, Leadership and Development, HR Operations and Recruiting. Prior to Dell, she was with several Austin, TX based start-up companies. She started her career after graduating from Austin College in Sherman, TX and earning her Master's degree in Business from the University of Dallas.
