KCE is the leading private provider of high-quality early education in the US, serving 200,000 children in 2,000 locations across 40 states. As CAO, Elanna oversees the development of KCE's educational programs, is working to deliver content digitally to its 30,000 educators, and leads the professional development, child assessments, quality and accreditation, and government relations teams. Elanna has experience in the US and internationally, and she has helped corporations and government agencies identify and meet the needs of working families. For over 40 years, Elanna has been an advocate for young children and has been influential in shaping federal and state policies. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Guardian Early Learning Group in Australia and the US Chamber of Commerce and holds advisory positions on other boards dedicated to supporting the healthy development of children. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
