Amy Fredeen is the CFO & Executive Vice President for Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC), where she has grown the organization's unrestricted cash by over 1,000% in a 6 year period. This strategic growth & careful stewardship of funding has allowed CITC to take a leadership role in fiscal excellence. She is a pioneer in strategies to increase investment in indigenous communities through social enterprise & innovation & partnerships. Through CITC's for-profit subsidiary, Ms. Fredeen helped form a partnership with E-Line Media, an industry leader in educational games. E-Line & CITC co-created Never Alone, the first video game made with an indigenous community. With more than 3 million downloads to date, Never Alone has demonstrated how an authentic partnership can generate impact through bringing the wisdom of the past into the future through technology. As a result, Ms. Fredeen now serves as CFO for E-Line after a merger in management structure within the company.
