MAKE SCHOOL
Make School is a new college in San Francisco preparing students of diverse backgrounds for life and work in the 21st century. Make School offers a bachelor's degree in applied computer science and currently enrolls 200 students, 40% of whom are students of color. Most students at Make School pay nothing until they get a job that pays at least $60,000. Alumni outcomes are on par with top computer-science programs in the country, with an average starting salary of over $100,000. Make School is funded by Venrock, Learn Capital, Kapor Capital, and Y Combinator.
