Zishaan Hayath graduated from IIT Bombay in 2005 with a graduate degree in Civil Engineering. He started his career with FMCG major ITC and later worked with consulting firm Opera Solutions. In 2008, Zishaan founded a phone commerce marketplace Chaupaati.com, which was later acquired by Indian retail giant Future Group. In 2013, Zishaan founded Toppr.com, a complete learning app for classes 5th to 12th. Toppr is replacing the traditional after-school coaching and tuitions in India with high-quality live classes, machine-learning powered adaptive practice and instant chat with tutors for Q&A. With Toppr, he aims to make learning personalised for the 350 million students in India. 10 million students use Toppr to supplement their school learning and learn better every day.
