Victor Valdez is the Chief Technology Officer in Pflugerville ISD and is responsible for strategic technology planning and resource management for students and staff of PFISD. He brings nearly 20 years of professional experience and has served PfISD for 10 years. Prior to that he was Director of Technology for Manor ISD for 5 years. During his tenure he was on the initial team that developed Manor New Technology High School which nationally known for its 100% Project Based Learning instruction. Valdez has been the recipient of a number achievements across both technology and public relations fields. Most recently he was awarded the honor of Technical Administrator of the Year by TCEA in 2010. He is a Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) by CoSN. Valdez earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and completed a Master of Business Administration from Texas State University in 2013.
