Víctor Sánchez is the CEO and founder of Smile and Learn. Before founding Smile and Learn, he worked for 14 years in Management consulting, the last 9 in The Boston Consulting Group. At BCG he led the global advocacy topic and specialized in Innovation, customer experience, strategy, Marketing in a broad number of sectors including Media, Retail and FMCG. Victor studied Business at ICADE University in Spain and holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France. He speaks 5 languages.
