Tsedal Neeley is the Naylor Fitzhugh Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. An award-winning teacher and scholar, Tsedal is the head of the Leadership and Organizational Behavior first-year required course of the MBA program, and co-chairs the executive offering Leading Global Businesses. Tsedal is the author of The Language of Global Success. Her work focuses on how to navigate the global and digital workplace on issues ranging from global team success, digital literacy, digital tools, the digital leader, leading agile teams to company-wide culture, global and digital transformations. Tsedal received her Ph.D. from Stanford University in Management Science and Engineering, specializing in Work, Technology and Organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors of Harvard Business Publishing and the Partnership Inc. (Strategic Committee) and is a member of Rakuten's Advisory Board.
