Tony Pang is the founder of Oral Chinese Test (OCT). Throughout an entrepreneurial career, he founded various companies that focus on e-learning and training of Mandarin Chinese. One of his previous businesses HKPVS was acquired by Kaplan in early years. He has helped Peking University to expand its testing services and successfully rolled out and became the standard assessment for K12 in Hong Kong. Tony is enthusiastic and passionate in Mandarin Chinese and believes everyone can easily acquire this interesting but yet difficult language. Tony holds an Executive MBA from Peking University, a M.S. in IT Education from University of Wollongong, and a B.A. in Engineering from Boston University. He holds public offices in both Mainland China & Hong Kong. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong Software Industry Association and a board member of Quality Education Fund in Hong Kong and a Director of Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.
