Todd is the Co-Founder and President of Populace. He is also a professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where he founded the Laboratory for the Science of Individuality and previously directed the Mind, Brain, and Education program. Todd is the author of two best-selling books, Dark Horse and The End of Average. He earned his Bachelors degree from Weber State University and both his Masters and Doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
