Teresa Hodge is the CEO of R3 Score Technologies, Inc. She is one of eight of the inaugural cohort members of New Profit's Unlocked Futures accelerator and her innovative approach to criminal justice advocacy has led to national recognition. She presented twice at SXSW, is a 2017 Dewey Winburne SXSW Community Service Award recipient, Harvard Kennedy School Carr Center Fellow 2019 - 2020, and Echoing Green 2018-2020 Fellow. Teresa's TEDx talk "We've Made Coming Home Too Hard" highlights the impact of personal bias and social stigma on formerly incarcerated people. Teresa's passion for individuals with criminal histories is birthed out of her own lived experience with mass incarceration. After completing a 70-month federal prison sentence for a first-time non-violent offense, she and her daughter co-founded Mission: Launch, Inc., a non-profit focused on inclusive entrepreneurship and unlocking capital for entrepreneurs with criminal histories.
