Tamera Maresh-Carver, Managing Director of Development, Innovation & Organizational Strategy at FedEx Express has responsibility for the Global Leadership Institute, Global Training and Technology Development, Station and Ramp One and Hub Training, Performance and Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Quality, Data Analytics, and HR Systems Support. Tamera began her career with FedEx in 1998 as a courier in Irving, Texas and advanced into management in 2003. She has held numerous leadership positions in operations including Senior Manager Positions. Tamera is a proven leader and has won the prestigious FedEx Five Star award three times. She has a BA degree in Psychology from Texas Women's University and a Master's of Science in Organizational Psychology from Capella University. In both academic roles she graduated with honors. Tamera lives in Germantown, TN. with her spouse, son and two rescue dogs.
