Shoba Purushothaman, co-founder of Hardskills, is an experienced entrepreneur on her 3rd start-up with the same founding team. Hardskills enables enterprises to train workforces at scale in non-technical, 'human' skills needed in an increasingly automated world - such as critical thinking, how to sell & influence, collaborate, agility, etc. Shoba has a 20-year business & enterprise sales track record in the U.S., Europe and Asia and took 2 previous start-ups from concept to exit and has multiple awards for entrepreneurship. She's navigated two recessions as an entrepreneur successfully. Her first career was as a business journalist for Dow Jones & Co./WSJ. Born and raised in Malaysia, Shoba's professional career has been in the U.S. and U.K. She currently lives in Germany (Berlin), the 7th country she's set up an entrepreneurial venture.
