Shavon Lindley is the CEO of ion Learning and is a Subject Matter Expert in creating inclusive workplace cultures. Shavon co-founded ion Learning to connect and build trust across enterprises while delivering industry-leading culture and leadership development initiatives for corporations such as Ancestry.com, Evolution Hospitality, and Walmart. She has spoken at TEDx, Forum on Workplace Inclusion, Chief Learning Officer Exchange, and the California Diversity Conference. She is a Forbes Contributor and former host of "The CEO Show" on ESPN where she has interviewed over 200 executives to explore what is needed for diverse talent to thrive within any organization. Prior to ion, Shavon built a $30M financial planning practice over 12 years, and sold it in 2016. It was in the trenches of this male-dominated profession that she first heard the call to create workplaces that work for everyone. She has a B.S. in Math from UT Austin and lives in Del Mar, CA with her husband, Kris, and their two daughters, Raya and River.
