Rachel McCrickard is the CEO & Founder of Motivo, as well as a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). On her own journey toward licensure, Rachel experienced firsthand just how difficult it is to find the right clinical supervisor and collect the hours needed for licensure--a requirement for practicing in any state in the U.S. That's why she created Motivo, the first HIPAA-compliant video platform connecting pre-licensed therapists to clinical supervisors for tele-supervision. In 2019, Motivo closed a $2.2 million Seed Round, led by Cox Enterprises.
