Dr. Rachel Fichter is responsible for executive development at S&P Global. Emphasizing the importance of care, curiosity, and courage as leadership attributes necessary for success in the digital era, her mission is to help leaders navigate the complexities of today's world by bringing the humanity back into organizations. Rachel wrote her doctoral dissertation on developing ethical behavior in financial institutions and is currently on the advisory boards for the Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership and Ethical Systems at NYU. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University's Teachers College and has authored several peer-reviewed articles, including "Do the right thing! Developing ethical behavior in financial institutions" in the Journal of Business Ethics. In her previous career, Rachel performed around the world as a professional cellist. After living for many years in Europe, she is now at home in Brooklyn, New York.
