Pato Bichara is the CEO of Collective Academy, the neo-university that is transforming Latin America's talent landscape by turning professionals and entrepreneurs into lifelong learners with curated content from leading academic institutions around the world, specialized mentors and a disruptive academic system. At the same time helping organizations become a place where these professionals want to thrive. Previously, he was part of the Polymath Ventures team in Colombia, launching companies for Latin America's emerging middle class, and part of IGNIA's investment team, the largest Venture Capital fund in Mexico. He began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company Mexico, advising CPG and Financial Services companies, as well as at The Bridgespan Group in Boston, working with some of the world's leading foundations. Pato earned an MBA from Harvard Business School with the support of a Fulbright-García Robles Scholarship. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with highest honors from Georgia Tech and Monterrey Tech (ITESM). He believes in advancing Latin America's economy by accelerating its human talent and building innovative companies.
