Molly Elgin-Cossart is Chief Impact Officer at Merit America, a nonprofit startup that prepares low-wage workers for skilled careers at scale. She was previously Director of Markle Foundation's Rework America Task Force, a group of leaders in business, education, policy and technology dedicated to enabling all Americans succeed in the digital economy. Her previous roles include Chief of Staff to the United Nations High-level panel that drafted the Sustainable Development Goals, principal at Omidyar Network, and founding Director of Program and Partnerships at Dalai Lama Fellows (now part of the University of Virginia's Contemplative Sciences Center). She is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
