He is founder of CoachHub ($20m+ in funding) , a digital turnkey solution in L&D. Previously he founded ExpertLead (by Rocket Internet) and MyParfum, an e-commerce startup for custom fragrances ($10m+ in funding) and co-founded Exolos, Vjsual, Personology, Flaschenlabel and founded Elite Startups, a digital company builder. Before joining the startup industry, Matti graduated with honors in law, with stop-overs at the German parliament and Berlin city parliament.
