Marcus Noel is the Founder & CEO of iCON, a short-form edu-media platform for Gen Z youth, the co-creator of The World Series of Entrepreneurship and partner of Forbes8. Noel is Forbes 30 under 30 honoree, tri-sector business leader across social impact, youth engagement, and ed-tech. He graduated with honors from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA with additional studies at the London School of Economics and Peking University in Beijing, China. Marcus is a former JP Morgan banking analyst, featured speaker at The Obama White House, TEDxYouth, and K12 schools nationally. His work with youth has been featured in Cooley's Capital Call, Forbes, World Economic Forum, Black Enterprise, MADE Magazine, Blavity and Ashoka. Other honors include 2019 Art Base speaker, Made Impact List honoree, a Camelback Ventures Fellow, Obama Presidential ConnectED Fellow at US Department of Education, an Education Pioneers Fellowship, a StartingBloc Social Innovation Fellowship, and being named to the 2015 class of "Emerging Innovators" by Ashoka and American Express. Marcus is a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum and appointed as the youngest board member of F.O.C.U.S. (Friends of Choice in Urban Schools). Most recently, Marcus was honored by the United Nations as one of the "Global 100 Most Influential People of African Descent" in social entrepreneurship.
