Luke is the co-founder of Friday, an all-in-one asynchronous communication platform for distributed teams. Luke has been working (and writing about) remote work since 2013. Previously, he was Head of Product at Crystal, a personality platform that helps improve workplace communication and also was Head of Growth at the book summary provider, getAbstract. Outside of work, Luke enjoys reading and hanging out with his wife, son, and their pups.
