Kim Foley is vice president of global Health, Safety and Environment for LyondellBasell, one of the world's largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies. She is responsible for oversight of the company's operational excellence function, personal and process safety, environment, security, health, quality and product stewardship. Foley has been heavily involved in a number of industry and transportation associations including serving on the board of the East Harris County Manufacturers Association, the American Chemistry Council Distribution Committee, the American Fuels & Petrochemical Manufacturer's Association Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the board of the National Freight and Transportation Association.
