Kat Kennedy is passionate about products that help people learn and better their lives and has driven that product vision from Day 1 at Degreed. Today, she is the Chief Experience Officer at Degreed, which means both product and technology report into her. She joined the founding team at Degreed as a front-end engineer and holds another impressive record: at Degreed she holds the company record for the fastest, biggest, and most promotions ever, having risen from a front-line engineer to leading all of product and technology today. She is a force for good in the world and has helped shape a tech and product team that is inclusive, and impressively, both the product and technology teams at Degreed are 50% female, 50% male. Kat has been a leader in sharing how to build more inclusive workplaces here in Utah.
