Katharine is founder of Odetta.ai, on-demand data Sciences marketplace and the work platform of choice for top female technical talent globally. Odetta is based in San Francisco, with a team of thousands of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Developers, from 15 different countries around the world. Odetta's mission is to provide work to underemployed women globally and build the next generation of women in STEM. Prior to founding Odetta, Katharine was early employee and first business hire at Behalf, a venture backed fintech company where she ran sales, and account management. Katharine started her career at Deutsche Bank in Leveraged Finance in NY and Paris and also founded and ran a microfinance bank in Vietnam. She holds a BA from Middlebury, MBA from Stanford and MPA-ID from Harvard. One of the more unique things about her is that she is the only girl in a set of quadruplets.
