As Managing Director for Global Academic Partnerships at Arizona State University (ASU), Rosen identifies, develops and advances new partnerships with large-scale networks, private organizations and governments in order to expand ASU's global impact. Her portfolio includes setting strategic direction for Global Launch, a central unit that provides training in English and other languages, workforce skills, US academic culture, and capacity building. Before serving in her current role, Rosen was Associate Vice Provost for ASU's online division. In 2010, Rosen partnered with GSV to launch the annual ASU GSV Education Innovation Summit. She led the development of SkySong, a public-private partnership credited with generating billions of dollars in new economic activity for the State of Arizona. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Rosen holds a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU.
