Jared is an MIT Media Lab grad, a former High Tech High math and physics teacher, and a serial entrepreneur. He's also a National Design Award finalist and the creator of three educational iPad apps: Popplet, Grow Grammar and Y = World. Jared recently relocated with this family from New York to Seattle in order to devote his full efforts to launching Phenomena, a nonprofit devoted to developing compelling STEM-focused interactive experiences.
