Janine is the CEO of Lexplore, Inc. She has been a teacher, national non-profit leader, principal, school founder, and school superintendent. Although her roots are in traditional education, she has always been a reformer with a personal mission of improving education for all students. For the past six years, Janine has been creating and improving technology tools for education. Her work has taken her to most of the United States, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, and Africa. She has an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School and an EdD from Nova Southeastern University. Janine holds teaching certifications in special education, school leadership, and physics. She is the author of two parenting books and is currently working on a YA fantasy novel for students with lower reading abilities.
