James "Jim" Runcie – Mr. Runcie is the President and Executive Director of The Education Finance Institute. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Federal Student Aid (FSA), U.S. Department of Education. Prior to FSA, Mr. Runcie held various executive and leadership positions at major domestic and international financial institutions where he garnered 20 years of investment banking, operations and management experience. Mr. Runcie holds a B.A. in Mathematics from The College of Holy Cross and is a distinction graduate of Harvard Business School.
