Eli Bildner is a co-founder and co-executive director of Concourse Education, a nonprofit college program that enables low-income working adults in California to earn a job-relevant BA in as little as two years, and for less than $7,000 in average out-of-pocket cost. Eli's prior experience spans entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and politics. As an early employee at Coursera, Eli helped lead the company's international expansion, growing the platform to a million Chinese users in just over a year. Previously, Eli managed an upstart political campaign in Alaska, and co-founded a social enterprise investment fund in China. Eli has also consulted on housing affordability for the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and on education for Bloomberg Philanthropies and the Hewlett Foundation. Eli earned a BA from Yale and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business. He was a Fulbright scholar in China, and speaks Mandarin and Spanish.
