David Verhaag is the Founder of Olifano, a context-based knowledge assistant that brings information into the flow of work for employees. Olifano's mission is to help employees do their best work without the reactive distraction of search. Prior to starting Olifano, David spent the last 15 years helping hundreds of organizations transform how employees work. David has built and scaled teams driving employee experience innovation, first through the automation of talent management at SuccessFactors, then recruiting and assessment at HireVue and most recently learning and development at Degreed. Outside of Olifano, David is passionate about the outdoors and spends his free time at his home in Park City snowboarding, biking, and hiking with his Alaskan malamute Kiya.
