Chris is CEO and Co-Founder of edly ISA Marketplace. He also co-founded FlowPoint Education Management, specializing in ISA and OPM loan structuring. From 2010-2017 Chris was Principal at Mead Park Investments where he focused on managing structured credit vehicles including CLOs. Prior positions include President and CEO of Cohen & Co., a publicly-traded investment firm with over $40 billion of structured investments, and Global Head of Structured Credit Products at Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and Prudential. Chris has an MBA from Wharton and a BA in economics from University of Richmond. He is a CFA charterholder.
