KENZIE ACADEMY

Chok is the CEO of Kenzie Academy. Kenzie is a tech academy focused on retraining thousands of Americans disrupted by the digital economy into new economy jobs. Kenzie's 12-month program is designed to train people earlier in their development, giving them the right technical and workplace skills to be successful. Our in-person and online synchronous classes allow us to reach learners nationally, including rural America that lacks access to quality training programs. Kenzie uses income share agreements (ISAs) to make our program accessible to people who could not afford to finance their training, and pay back 13% of their income for 48 months when they graduate and get placed. We raised a $100M fund last year from CIM to finance our ISAs and allow us to train over 10k people in the next 3 years. Kenzie is building a robust talent pipeline for the future of work.
