Briana is a student, an aspiring entrepreneur, and hopes to be known as a "designer of things that matter". She is a junior at Brown University pursuing a degree in Psychology and an Independent Concentration in Digitial Experience Design. She serves as a GSV Star, and works to identify and guide startups in the education space. In 2019, she co-lead the Creative team within the Brown Entrepreneurship Program to promote design thinking and social entrepreneurship. Briana believes the key to designing a better and more inclusive future is through education and learning. For the last seven years, she has worked with educators to bring design thinking to classrooms via workshops and conferences. As a creative, she enjoys inventing and designing impactful products and is experienced in working in both non-profit and commercial teams. As a future entrepreneur, however, she is most passionate about designing ways that bring people together to harness the power of scale and systemic change.
