Brent is Founder and CEO of Mighty Labs, Inc. He spent more than a decade leading investment banking teams to solve a wide range of complex problems for corporate clients and executives. He built relationships with and learned from some of the top leaders in the U.S. Through these experiences Brent became fixated on how to build high-performing teams, how leaders influence organizations, and how to help people grow in their careers. Brent learned that top performing organizations combine work visibility and team alignment with employee recognition and development. But for most organizations these are very distinct efforts and tools. Brent started Mighty to help modern organizations operate better and keep their people engaged by combining these efforts at scale.
