Brad Voeller is a serial edtech entrepreneur and tech apprenticeship movement pioneer. In 2001 Brad wrote, Accelerated Distance Learning, and founded a non-profit, Global Learning Strategies. In 2005, insights from training thousands of students led to co-founding Lumerit (Acquired by Pearson) to address the issues of college degree completion and affordability in the consumer and corporate markets. Observing technology transform the skill requirements for his workforce and the tremendous success of his apprentice graduates was the catalyst for launching Digital Creative Institute in 2015. Simultaneous with building Global Learning Strategies and Lumerit, Brad founded two nonprofits and several international education partnerships in South Korea. Since childhood, he has spent significant time working and living in Asia. Today, Brad lives in Garden Ridge (between San Antonio and Austin), Texas with his wife Jooyoung and three children.
