Ben manages K-12 partnerships at the Charles Koch Institute, focusing on supporting organizations, programs, and entrepreneurs that are unleashing the potential of every child. Prior to coming to the Institute, Ben was the Founder of KinderKits LLC which empowered over 6,000 Northeast Ohio families to have the knowledge, tools, and resources to prepare their child for kindergarten. Ben began his career as a Teach for America corps member in Cleveland OH and spent 5 years doing a combination of classroom instruction, teacher development and program implementation for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. He longs to witness a Browns Super Bowl championship in his lifetime.
