Ben Goldberg currently serves as Founder & CEO of SalesGig and is a Mentor at 1871; a tech incubator in Chicago, IL. He served as a board member of CareerBuilder Employment Screening; a division of CareerBuilder. He was President and owner of Aurico, an employment screening company, leading the organization from 20 employees to 200 employees with 2,500 global customers prior to the successful sale to CareerBuilder. At CareerBuilder, he was elevated to divisional CEO where the organization grew to 700 employees and 6,000 global clients. During his tenure, revenues grew to $100M+ annually, the company won HRO Today Baker's Dozen recognition 7 times, gained NAPBS accreditation, completed ISO 9001 certification, SOC2 Type 2 certification, established 65 ATS partnerships, and he was a two-time recipient of HRO Superstar ('17 & '18). He received an MBA and Bachelors from Colorado State University.
