Allison joined Trinity Ventures as Principal in 2019 focused on horizontal business applications and the future of work. Allison began her career in venture capital as a Co-founder and General Partner of Fresco Capital, a global seed venture fund that specializes in helping startups expand internationally. During her time at Fresco, Allison raised and deployed a total of $35 million across 70 early stage companies, provided operational support to 30 companies on their international expansion to Asia, resulting in ten exits (nine via M&A and one IPO). Prior to Fresco, Allison worked in Equity Derivatives at Goldman Sachs in New York, was an early product manager at General Assembly (sold to Adecco for $413 million in 2018), and was a founder of their Asia business. Allison has a B.A. in Economics with Honors, a minor in Film Studies, and a language citation in French from Harvard University.
