Alissa Orlando is passionate about enabling work that is both flexible and secure. She is the co-founder and CEO of IndyHub, a venture-backed portable benefits platform that allows companies to fund insurance products that employees choose. Prior to IndyHub, Alissa worked as an independent contractor advising startups on capital raising, headed operations for Uber, ran a food delivery company, and served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown's School of Foreign Service and is pursuing her MBA at Stanford's Graduate School of Business. Alissa has appeared on CNBC, been interviewed by several publications including Buzzfeed and TechCrunch, and spoken at several conferences on how emerging technologies will change the labor market.
