Ahryun Moon is the CEO of GoodTime.io, the leading Interview Logistics Platform that makes interviews effective in hiring the right talent. After spending early days in her finance career in Samsung and Freescale Semiconductor, she was disheartened by how little time she had to spend on strategic financial analysis because of the amount of manual, non-value-add work that was required. She set out to build an enterprise-grade software that could automate the most time-consuming part of her job as a financial analyst. After successfully building and delivering whooping 35,000% productivity gain through the software she built, she found a new mission for her career: automation that frees people to do uniquely human work while equipping corporate America to hire the right talent in this era of fast-evolving technology. GoodTime embodies her mission by allowing recruiting teams to automate the most mundane work while intelligently handling the logistics of the interview process to help companies hire the right talent. Since foundation in 2016, she successfully led two venture rounds for GoodTime, making the total investment raised $7.2M to date. Ahryun graduated from McCombs Business School and earned her bachelor's degree in business administration in 2008.
