I've spent the last 25 years discovering how people learn from each other and the world around them. I've applied my discoveries as a classroom teacher, filmmaker, academic researcher, and most recently as an entrepreneur in startups focusing on human development. Having started, worked with and/or invested in 15 startups in the last 8 years, I am an experienced practitioner at turning money into meaning and individual creativity into team collaboration. I'm currently the Co-Founder & CRO of Limitless Harmony. We deliver a game-enhanced onboarding accelerator to help new hires join busy startup teams. Prior to this work, I was Vice President of Learning at international software developer sourcing startup Andela. I also co-designed and launched the first Nanodegrees at Udacity, and built courses to help industry leaders teach online at Udemy. In my free time, I make board games and advise non-profits like Global Playground and Reskill America.
